Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we do have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for all products. However, the MOQ may vary depending on the type of gift and the scope of your requirement. Good news! There is no MOQ for our Ready-To-Ship Hampers Collection available on our online shop, and standard shipping within India is included. How long will delivery take?

We deliver across India through Delhivery, BlueDart & Porter:

Delhivery (Standard Delivery)

3–7 business days (depending on location)

BlueDart (Express Delivery)

24–48 hours (depending on location)

Porter (Same-Day Delivery)

Available for both retail & bulk orders

Applicable only within Delhi-NCR

What is your lead time?

Custom Bulk Project
Each project is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore, we like to have at least 3 weeks to complete our Custom Bulk Project process including design work, sourcing, gift assembly and shipping. At certain times of the year, we may require more notice based on availability. We do accept rush projects on a case by case basis. Please ask and we will do our very best to meet your deadline!

Read to Ship Collection
Our gift boxes are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.)
Bulk orders or orders requiring customisation (personalised gift tags, notecards, product customisation, branding on packaging) are subject to longer production times. These longer production times are specified on each product page where applicable.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice via email for all purchased products once your order is confirmed.

Where is my tracking number?

Online Shop Orders

A tracking number is generated once we print your shipping label, which is always done on the same day that the gift ships out. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your gift has shipped and the tracking number will be provided at that time. If you have not received a tracking number and you believe your gift should have already shipped, it’s possible that the shipment notification email has landed in your spam filter or has been denied by your email server.

The shipment notifications come directly from our Shopify system and we have had many clients unable to receive these emails based on restrictions set up at the email server level.

We understand that this is frustrating and unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control.

However, if you shoot us an email at info@theflorencegifting.com, we are more than happy to provide tracking information once it’s available. We can also be reached by phone at +91 93100 03294, 10 am – 6:30 pm IST, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

Custom Bulk Projects

At the conclusion of your project once your gifts ship out, our Operations Team will send you a spreadsheet with all of your recipients listed along with the corresponding tracking numbers for each.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

For all e-commerce transactions, we gladly accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking & UPI transactions.

What is wishlist?

If you see a hamper you like but don’t want to buy immediately, you can add it to your wishlist and come back anytime to place the order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by sharing your order details and clear photos of the product at Info@theflorencegifting.com or at our number +91 93100 03294

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

To make a request, please contact our support team at Info@theflorencegifting.com with your order details. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled
